Elektromont Brno is an important supplier of electrical installations and, as such, the company is fully aware of the impact of its activities on the quality of supplies, the impact on the environment as well as conditions of hygiene, occupational health and safety. Ensuring it is true to its slogan the company therefore
declares
that it will maintain, during the period from 01/2011 to 12/2015, the main principles and objectives of integrated system in the fields of quality management, environmental management and the management of health and safety, in compliance with the following standards:

Our main principles and objectives:
- To focus on the customer in such way that customer satisfaction, as the main objective of our work, will be guaranteed by fully satisfying customer requirements, needs and expectations to the highest possible standard, safely and with consideration to the environment, and in the shortest possible time scale and at competitive prices.
- When performing our business acitivities, we respect that all citizens have a right to healthy environment, the employees and persons, who are at the workplace with our knowledge, have the right to carry out their work without any detriment to their health.
- To achieve quality of all processes by systematic planning, monitoring, evaluation and improvements in compliance with the requirements of the normative legislative regulations.
- To enthuse our customers by the quality of our work, our approach to the environmental protection, and care where health and safety is concerned. To maintain our position among the best and most thought after companies in the field of electrical installations, and contribute systematically to the increase of the market share.
- To aim at permanent improvement in the care for the environment, occupational health and safety; compliance with all laws, regulations and directives relating to the environment is considered by us the minimum acceptable standard.
- To create, maintain and improve the system of qualified searching, assessment and minimalisation of safety risks at the workplace, to pass on the information to all interested parties, not to endanger the safety of the customer‘s equipment by our own activity.
- To adhere strictly to the practical applications of all legislative, technical and organizational measures when determining the safety risks, including their prevention.
- To keep the workplaces tidy, in particular on the external electrical installation construction sites of our customers, and in that way minimalise the negative impact on the environment, and on health and safety.
- To keep improving the knowledge of the employees, and their awarness of responsibility for their own safety by instructions and training, and to increase their awareness of the environment.
- To influence in a positive way our suppliers, customers, haulage contractors and other contractual partners, that by their active approach to the environment and safety at work they will become an integral component of our well established management systems.
- To maintain an open communication and long term co-operation with the wider public, with the interested parties and the state authorities; in the regions where we are active in supporting the health system, culture, sport and other interest groups and clubs.
